Through years of hands-on experience, Tara developed expertise in licensing compliance, staff training, policy creation, and program management. She realized there was a growing need for consultants who could guide new providers through the complex process of opening and running a mental health group home. That realization led Tara to establish her consulting practice.
Today, Tara partners with people with a vision of opening a group home, helping them turn their vision of opening a group home into reality. Her role goes beyond paperwork– she provides mentorship, shares proven strategies, and ensures that every home is built on a foundation of compassion, quality care, and operational excellence.
Outside of consulting, Tara remains passionate about advocating for mental health awareness, mentoring new professionals, or volunteering.
"What drives me most is knowing that each successful group home brings comfort, stability, and hope to people who need it most. Every project I take on is another step towards a stronger community where mental health care is accessible, dignified, and effective. My mission is simple: to use my knowledge and experience to help others open doors that change lives." - Tara
